Meet Morgan Lee
Author. Disciple. Creator
What's up, everyone? I bid you all welcome to the author website of Ms. Morgan Lee! Morgan is a young adult and new adult author in a variety of genres. She was born and raised in Kansas City, Kansas (not Missouri!) and lives with her husband, Johnny, and puppy, Simba. Morgan graduated from Kansas State University in 2012 with a bachelors degree in creative writing.
The following is a note from the author herself. Written below, are three essential identity markers she feels are important for her audience to know. You can find out more by checking out her Authortube channel, Author Morgan Lee and lifestyle channel, Literally Unperfect.
I am a disciple of Jesus Christ who believes in truth, justice, faith, hope and love and those things just naturally bleed into my books in one way or another. Having said that, if you believe differently than I do, it's 100% okay. I won't hold it against you. Don't worry, my fiction is not meant to condemn you. You won't melt reading my books. Tolerance works both ways to all peoples.
I am a chronic disease warrior battling Crohn's disease, depression, anxiety, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, and a currently undiagnosed autoimmune disease. I can give myself shots like a boss. I have had more cameras shoved up my butt and down my throat than all of your grandparents combined. And I could probably get my PHD without having to go through med school.
I'm a wannabe activist, humanitarian & philanthropist. There are a plethora of issues in the world that piss me off, therefore my writing and creative content is one of the ways I speak out on these issues.
Morgan has loved writing ever since she was six years old. Her written storytelling began with writing and illustrating stories about a character named Amy and all of her many adventures. Her current passion is to create fiction, non-fiction and creative content that carries a message, gives people a voice, and shakes the foundation of the Earth. Sign up for her newsletter to join in all the adventures.
When she is not writing, Morgan loves to spend time with her husband, dog, and siblings, unabashedly praise the Lord at her home church, play in the park, and dance in the wind.
